Purposes and legal bases

- Consent only for optional marketing or non-essential technologies, which are not enabled before a choice.
- With separate analytics consent, analyze site usage to improve it without including idea text or personal images in our events.
- Only with separate advertising consent, measure ad effectiveness using Meta Pixel and Conversions API; refusing does not prevent purchases.
Gallery and creative content
A creation based on a personal upload is published only when you separately enable the optional Ideas consent. The original upload remains private; only the finished product presentation may be published. You may request depublication without affecting data required for orders and legal obligations.
Processors and recipients
Necessary data may be processed by Wix for hosting, accounts, CMS, media, cart, checkout and orders; OpenAI for checks and image generation; Printful for mockups, production and delivery; and, only after a paid order when technically necessary, an image-processing provider for print preparation. Only after separate analytics consent, Google Analytics may receive technical visit and interaction data, including the page address, to help us understand how the site is used. We do not send creation text or images to Google Analytics. Only after separate advertising consent, Meta may receive browsing and commercial-action events with associated technical data to measure ads through Pixel and Conversions API. We do not send creation text or images to Meta. Advisers and authorities receive data only when necessary or legally required.
Google Ads purchase measurement
Only with separate advertising consent, Google Ads may receive the identifier, value and currency of a purchase confirmed by Wix, with technical data needed to attribute it to ads. We do not enable automatic contact-data collection for Google or send creation text or images. A previous choice naming only Meta does not authorize Google Ads.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Transfers then rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards, as described by each provider.
Retention
- Abandoned drafts are scheduled for deletion 7 days after the last activity, with media no longer needed.
- Orders, payments, tax documents and related support are kept for statutory periods and legal defence.
- Public designs remain while useful to the gallery or until depublication is requested, unless data remains necessary for orders or legal duties.
- Technical and security logs are kept only as long as necessary.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests; you may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
