Purposes and legal bases
- Pre-contractual steps and contract performance: previews, drafts, account, cart, payment, production, delivery and support.
- Legal, accounting, tax and consumer-protection duties.
- Legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention, legal defence and service reliability, balanced against user rights.
- Consent only for optional marketing or non-essential technologies, which are not enabled before a choice.
Gallery and creative content
A creation based on a personal upload is published only when you separately enable the optional Ideas consent. The original upload remains private; only the finished product presentation may be published. You may request depublication without affecting data required for orders and legal obligations.
Processors and recipients
Necessary data may be processed by Wix for hosting, accounts, CMS, media, cart, checkout and orders; OpenAI for checks and image generation; Printful for mockups, production and delivery; and, only after a paid order when technically necessary, an image-processing provider for print preparation. Advisers and authorities receive data only when necessary or legally required.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Transfers then rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards, as described by each provider.
Retention
- Abandoned drafts are scheduled for deletion 7 days after the last activity, with media no longer needed.
- Orders, payments, tax documents and related support are kept for statutory periods and legal defence.
- Public designs remain while useful to the gallery or until depublication is requested, unless data remains necessary for orders or legal duties.
- Technical and security logs are kept only as long as necessary.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests; you may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
