After payment confirmation, MakeBold prepares the print files and sends the configured product to the production partner. If a file does not pass technical checks, the order must not be replaced with a different result: we will contact you about the same creation.
Times and costs
Production and transport are separate stages. Estimates shown at checkout or in the order are not a promise of delivery on a fixed date unless expressly agreed. Shipping costs are separate from the product price and are shown before payment.
Address and tracking
- Check name, address, postcode and country before payment.
- When tracking is available, it appears in order communications or your account.
- If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, check with household members, reception and the carrier before contacting us.
Damage, loss or wrong item
Risk passes to the consumer when the goods are physically received. Keep the product and packaging and send photos. We will distinguish delivery issues from lack of conformity without reducing statutory remedies.
