1. Seller and contract
Seller: Golden Frankie Studios di Ciro Sorrentino, VAT no. 10348971218, Via Castellammare 22, 80054 Gragnano (NA), Italia, cirosorrentino@casellapec.com. A sale is concluded when payment is accepted and you receive order confirmation, not when an item is merely added to the cart.
2. Creation and preview
You describe or choose the artwork, product and variants. Mockups help evaluate the result. Minor placement, scale or colour differences may arise from the material, screen and print process; substantial differences are not accepted. The standalone artwork is not offered for download.
3. Prices, payment and orders
Product price, delivery costs and the applicable total are shown before payment. Only methods available in the Wix checkout are accepted. MakeBold may reject or cancel an unpaid, technically impossible or unlawful order, or one based on an obvious pricing error, refunding any amount collected.
4. Customer content and AI
- You must have the right to use supplied text, images, marks, names and references.
- You must not request unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content.
- Generated creations are not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for exclusive rights.
- MakeBold may block a creation or order where there is a reasonable risk to people, rights or the law.
5. Ideas gallery
For creations made from your uploaded image, gallery publication and creation of a social mockup require the separate optional consent shown in Create. The source upload remains private even when that consent is enabled. Where you enable publication, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to displaying, promoting and offering the finished design on MakeBold products. You may request depublication; this does not erase orders, mandatory records or accrued rights. We do not intentionally publish the standalone artwork file.
6. Production, delivery and conformity
Items are made on demand by production partners. Times and costs are described on the Production and shipping page. The legal guarantee and remedies for lack of conformity remain intact.
7. Withdrawal
There is no change-of-mind withdrawal for goods made to the customer’s instructions or clearly personalised. Purchases without individual personalisation retain withdrawal where required by law. The Returns page explains both cases before ordering.
8. Account, availability and liability
Protect your account credentials and report unauthorised access. Functions may be suspended for security, maintenance or provider unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Law and complaints
Italian law applies without removing mandatory protections of the consumer’s country of residence where applicable. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules apply. You may send a complaint to support before a dispute. The former EU ODR platform is no longer operating and is not presented as an available remedy.
